TRAINING
Our full service training program is tailored to fit each client's needs with a focus on instilling correct fundamentals in each horse. Freelance services available on a limited basis.
LESSONS
We are committed to helping our students reach their riding goals at home and at competitions. In addition to coaching clients in our training program, we offer ship-in lessons at our facility.
ABOUT
Fox Hill Sport Horses LLC is owned and operated by Laura Douglas in Lexington, Kentucky. Laura began riding in the hunters at a very young age and catch rode many ponies and horses through her junior career. As a young professional, she continued to work her way up in the sport and worked for a number of top names in the Show Jumping industry in the U.S. and Europe. Feeling the need to dig deeper into the horse industry, she also held positions starting and galloping racehorses and explored the upper levels of eventing. Laura has had success with an array of hunters, jumpers, eventers, and specializes in bringing along young horses from their first shows up to the GP
Over the years, Laura has created a broad network across many disciplines in the horse industry and has created a training and sales program to help horses and riders of all skill levels achieve their goals.
TEAM
We limit the number of horses in our program to just 15 so that we can ensure all the horses receive top quality care. As a small operation, we value our small but close knit team.
FACILITIES
Fox Hill is currently based in Paris, KY, 15 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park. The facility includes:

7 stall Training and Sales barn with 12'x12' matted stalls

8 stall Client barn with 12'x12' matted stalls with its own tack room

Heated tack rooms

3 grooming/wash stalls

150'x250' Wordley Martin outdoor arena with full show course.

Brand new 80'x200' indoor arena with dust free footing

Private grass turnout paddocks
